Dinner in with The Mobile Chef was the perfect way for the family to cheer him on (add in a new 6 month old baby grand-daughter and dining in made even more sense).
A delicious entree of stuffed chicken breast (arugula, bacon, and goat cheese) was a real crowd pleaser for this mixed group of men and women. Dining in allowed the group to relax enjoy time together playing scrabble, sitting in the hot tub, and for the new mom to tend her little one.
